As well as wholesale we can dropship direct to your customers. Dropshipping is a facility by which we will ship your orders direct to your customers in a way that the end customer believes it was shipped by you. The packaging and information are all about your business. It is cost efficient as you need not hold any stock and will mean that because we ship direct your customers will receive their goods at least 1 day sooner than if you order from us and then ship on.

FAQ about dropshipping

Q. How do I place a dropship order?
Answer: Simply use our site like any regular website, place the items in the basket and then check out. At the checkout put your customers delivery name and address details but with your contact details then simply pay using a debit or credit card or use PayPal.

Q. Will the paperwork have your details on it and will the customer then be able to shop direct with you?
Answer: Absolutely Not. The paperwork has nothing about our company. The contact details on the packing slip will be yours not ours. There are no prices on the slip so they don't know what you paid us. There is a return address for the Royal Mail in the event that the parcel cannot be delivered but no company name. Q. Is there an extra surcharge for dropshipping?
Answer: No. We don't charge any extra unlike many other companies that offer dropshipping.

Q. Do I have to take your website option in order to use your dropshipping service?
Answer: No. Simply place the dropship order on our website

Q. What is the packaging like?
Answer: All parcels are discreetly pacakged. We use bubble envelopes, cardboarded bubble envelopes or boxes depending on the items being shipped. Your customers discretion is of the utmost importance to us.
