What to do if your order is not complete

Occasionally orders are not complete for one of three reasons shown below. To determine the reason please follow the steps below.

  • We made a mistake and forgot to put the missing item(s) in your box
  • The missing item(s) are out of stock and will follow
  • You made a mistake and did not add the item to the order

1. Check the packing slip

Your order will in normal circumstances include a packing slip which details all of the items on the order and quantities plus options such as sizes and colours. 95% of these will be inside a clear envelope on the outside of the box. Occasionally they will be inside the box. If the missing items are to follow then you should have a not against the missing items informing you of this and the outstanding items should be expected anything from 1 to 14 days later. Outside of this we will contact you seperately to discuss what to do. If there is no note then it is likely that we forgot to include the item or forgot to write the note on the slip (it happens we are only human!) in which case please contact us by email or telephone and we will check which it is and correct the error and advise you of the status.

2. Check the order

If the items are not shown on the packing slip it is because we did not receive them on our copy of the order. You can double check the order items using the check order items form by clicking here.
