Party Planners
This page contains information and resources to help party planners start their own party plan business
Getting Started
Party Planning adult parties is a great way to earn an additional income or even a full time income. Either way to begin with your first party should be a friendly group of close friends, family and neighbours. This will
help you relax and be more comfortable and they will hopefully give you good feedback which will help you get your party plan salespitch perfected, so encourage them to be honest and take the advice on board. Once you have set a date for a get together
you need to make sure you have all the appropriate materials for the party and these depend a little bit on your plans and of course finances. The two esential items are the sales catalogue and a party plan kit.
We recommend at least 1 catalogue per 2 guests as this encourages sharing which promotes group interaction and discussion. For the party kit it is essential that you have at least 1 rabbit vibrator, your target audience and their financial constraints will help you decide
which. If they are unable to afford the top of the range then don't show it, if they can then do. After the 1st rabbit we would recommend some of the following as essential:
- A cheap smooth vibe
- A cheap penis shaped vibe such as the flesh bully
- An realistic feel penis vibe
- A clit stim massager
- 1 or Anal toys or butt plugs
- A blow up man for a giggle
- Some silly novelties
- 2 or 3 items of lingerie
If your budget allows then you will increase sales by showing more products rather than relying on the catalogues and some of the following are good items to show and best sellers:
- The Cone
- The Rock Chick
- Some bondage items
- More Anal toys - they are extremely popular, though no one will admit it
- Penis Pumps
- Vibrator Kits
- PVC and Rubber Items
- Strap Ons - especially ones for her to use on him
- Male masturbators
- Romance and Valentines type items
Keeping going
Once you start your party business you will need to keep the momentum going. Your immediate friends, family and neighbours network will be quickly exhausted so you need to be able to move into their networks and this is where the
real skill in running the business lies. If you can get your immediate network to include people from their own network to some of your parties then your net widens. Then you need to be
concentrating on getting the new paticipants to take up an offer of hosting their own party. If you can do this then you will be successful in the long term.
Don't forget to keep investing in your sales kit, adding new products from profits to keep things fresh and to increase sales further down the line.
Other ways to promote your business
Whilst networking is the cheapest (free) and fastest way to start your business you may want to conside other ways to promote your business such as:
- Local paper advertising
- A web site with information about your business
- Business Cards
- Flyers - Be discrete but intriguing
- Newsagents Windows
- Supermarkets Displays
- Internet Advertising
- MySpace, Facebook, blogs and appropriate forums
Expanding the Business
When you have built your own party plan business and are succeeding in sales on a regular basis you are then ready to really take the business to the next level by recruiting reps
to work for your business as part of your team. With your experience and insights you will be able to teach them how to make their business a real success. Once they are fully active you will earn a percentage of their sales
all the time they work for you. If you can get this part of the business model working for you then the profit levels and income can rocket way beyond the level that you can achieve doing parties on your own.
Party tips and hints
- The party first and foremost must be fun
- Take a bottle or two of wine to loosen up your guests
- Play silly adult games that are fun and get people going
- Have prizes for games (silly novelties) and run a raffle
- Take some extra products people can buy on the night rather than wait to entice the purchase
- Offer Hostesses incentives to hold parties
- Get contact details from your guests they could be useful later
- Make sure everyone leaves at least with your details if nothing else
Finally, remember Rome was not built in a day and it takes time to build up a business. You won't get rich overnight but you can build up slowly. Good Luck!
