Legal Notice of Terms and Conditions

Please Note that by ordering goods from us you will be making contracts with us. There are terms which will apply to every order you may make as follows :-

2. If you are buying goods for re-sale to others then you are not a "consumer".

3. If you are buying goods for re-sale to others then :-

(a) you do so on your own behalf and not as agent or distributor for us
(b) you do not have any authority from us to make any claims about the performance or abilities or characteristics of the products other than those which appear on the product or its packaging.
(c) You may return faulty products to us but only if you do so within 2 days of their delivery to you so please ensure you check the goods promptly upon delivery. We will replace those goods if we can but if not we will issue you with a credit note for the full value of those faulty goods. All returns are at your own cost and risk. Non faulty goods must be returned within 4 days for a credit only and will be subject to a 35% restocking charge at our discretion. We will not accept liability for lost parcels if they are not correctly and fully addressed, this means full street and property name and or number, town and or city plus correct post code. We do not accept liability for any parcel shipped on a non signed for service as you choose the service and you take the risk.
(d) We reserve the right not to sell to you
(e) Working items cannot be returned if they have been opened
(f) If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched you must do so by contacting us by telephone. If you email a cancellation we cannot ensure that it will be acknowledged prior to shipping. If you pay by credit or debit card and cancel the order after funds have been processed we will refund the order less 50% to cover the costs of administration and the costs of taking card acquiring services. (g) We do not accept returns for size changes on rubber clothing once it has been opened. (h) If your parcel is not delivered you must notify us within 1 week of placing the order otherwise we do not accept liability as the longer it takes to notify us the harder it is to trace and recover the goods.

4. 5. The Photographs On This Site Are Licensed For Unadvertised Private Home Use Only. All Other Rights Are Retained By Copyright Proprietor. Our goods are exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. The sale or transfer of our goods to people under the age of 18 is totally prohibited.

We will always try to deliver goods ordered within 4 working days to the UK but we will not be liable in any way if we are unable to do so when requested or at all if the reason for delay or non-delivery is beyond our reasonable control. If goods have not arrived within 7 working days please use the Missing parcels process to locate your parcel. Failure to do so may result in delay in finding the parcel and delay in refund, reshipment or compensation (if applicable) for the lost parcel. Only parcels shipped using a signed for or tracked service are insured by the carrier and therefore subject to a refund or reshippment if lost. This is your business choice. Lost parcels are rare but they happen you have to weigh up the extra costs of shipping with signature against the occasional loss.

8. Before entering into any agreement with you we may search your records at credit reference agencies. They will add to their record about you details of our search which will be seen by other organisations making searches. Details about you and your payment record under this agreement will be used to help make credit, credit related and insurance related decisions about you and members of your household and occasionally for fraud prevention or to trace debtors. You can contact us for details of the credit reference agencies used by us. You have a legal right to these details and can receive a copy of the information held about you on payment of a fee. Information held about you by credit reference agencies may be linked to records relating to any person with whom you are linked financially and other members of your household. We may give information about you and your payment record under this agreement to credit reference agencies, debt collecting agents and any proposed assignee, transferee or chargee of this agreement or of our interest in this agreement, their insurers or advisers. We may use a credit scoring or other automated decision-making system. We may monitor and record telephone calls for the purpose of security and training.

9. Non EU orders are not subject to VAT but have an administrative charge of 20% to cover the additional overheads involved in shipping to Non EU countries and regions. If you require a revised invoice after placing your order you must request us to send it to you.

10. Accounts Queries. If you do not keep proper accounts and query a payment which we have taken there will be a £5 admin charge to cover the time and effort we have to expend in this activity.

11. In the event of cancellation of a wholesale or dropship order we will charge a 50% restocking fee. This covers the cost of picking and packing and shipping and then unpacking and restocking the goods. So if you have any questions about the products you are buying please check with us first.

12. Orders placed by telephone are not subject to any available discounts as shown online. If you would like those discounts place your order via our website.
